Airtel Africa Plc (NGX: AIRTELAFRI) has announced its latest share capital and voting rights in accordance with the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R.
This provides shareholders with the necessary figures to monitor and report their interests in the company.
The announcement was made on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).
As of November 28, 2025, the company’s issued share capital consists of 3,656,000,539 ordinary shares at USD 0.50 each, with 7,489,044 shares held in the treasury (which do not carry voting rights).
The total number of voting rights is 3,648,511,495, which will be used as the denominator for shareholder notifications.
