Airtel Africa plc (NGX: AIRTELAFRI) has released its latest notification on total voting rights and issued share capital, in compliance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
As of the close of business on 30 April 2026, the company’s issued share capital stood at 3,654,881,028 ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each.
This figure includes 6,136,678 ordinary shares held in treasury. Shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights.
Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company is 3,648,744,350.
This figure is the denominator for shareholders when calculating whether they must notify the company of their interests or changes therein under the FCA’s rules.
