In accordance with the provisions of Section 1.2 of the Rules of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) relating to Board Meetings and General Meetings of Issuers, Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc (NSE: STANBIC) notified The NSE and its Shareholders, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of STANBIC is scheduled to hold on Friday 23 October 2020 at 10:00am.
The meeting will discuss amongst other items, the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2020.

As a result, the closed period for the release of the 3rd quarter results, shall commence today, Thursday 15 October 2020 and will continue to be in effect until the release of the Company’s third quarter unaudited financial statements.
Two other companies listed on The Exchange also gave notice of their respective Board Meetings; Global Spectrum Energy Services Plc and The Initiates Plc.
The Board of Directors of Global Spectrum Energy Services Plc (NSE: GSPECPLC) will meet on 30th October, 2020 to consider the Q3 Financial results.
The closed period for the company commenced on Thursday, 15th October, 2020 and will end 24 hours after the release of its financial results.
The Initiates Plc (NSE: INITSPLC) also gave notice of its 36th Meeting of the Board of Directors, which will be held virtually on Friday, the 30th day of October, 2020 by 10.00am. The meeting will consider among other things, the quarter 3 management account, and the Management’s report.
Accordingly, in compliance with The Nigerian Stock Exchange’s post listings requirements, The Initiates Plc thereby declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares from 15th October, 2020 until 24 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting have been announced to the Market.
