The Board of Directors of Presco Plc (NSE: PRESCO) proposed N2.00 (two naira) interim dividend per 50 kobo ordinary share for the financial year ended nine months ended September 30, 2022.
The company paid a interim dividend of N1.00 and a final dividend of N6.60 for the 2021 financial year.
The proposed dividend which amounts to N2.0 billion is subject to appropriate withholding tax.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on November 21, 2022 according to the filing with the Nigerian Exchange.
The dividend will be paid electronically on November 25, 2022 to qualified shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s e- dividend mandate activation form which is available on the website.

Presco PLC was incorporated on 24th September 1991 and was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on 10th October 2002.
The principal activities of the company are the development of oil palm plantations, palm oil milling, palm oil processing and vegetable oil refining. The products of the company are: refined bleached and deodorized palm oil, palm olein, palm stearin, palm fatty acid distillate, palm kernel oil (crude and refined) and palm kernel cake.
