The Board of Directors of Cutix Plc (NGX: CUTIX) has recommended that a dividend of 10 kobo per ordinary share be paid to Shareholders for the financial year ended April 30, 2022.
The recommended dividend will amount to N352.26 million, and will be put to Shareholders for approval at the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled for Friday, August 26, 2022.
The recommendation was made at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday, June 23, 2022. The company notified the the NGX Regulation Limited, its esteemed Shareholders and the general public via a corporate action released earlier on Friday, 24th June.

The Board also approved the Directors Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended April 30, 2022, subject to some amendments.
The approved Audited Financial Statements will be released to the public on or before close of business on June 30, 2022. However, the Closed Period earlier announced by the Company still subsists until the Audited Financial Statements is submitted to the Exchange.
