The Board of Directors of Cutix Plc (NGX: CUTIX) will discuss the recommendation of Dividend for the financial year ended April 30, 2022 at its upcoming Board meeting.
In a notification posted on the Nigerian Exchange, CUTIX informed that Exchange and the investing public of a meeting of its Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to hold on Thursday, June 23, 2022. At the meeting the following items will be transacted during the meeting:
- Consideration and Approval of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended April 30, 2022
- Recommendation of Dividend
- Any Other Business
The company stated that at the conclusion of the Board at the meeting, a notification will be released to the public via
the Issuers’ Portal not later than 24 hours after the meeting.
In view of the above, the Company thereby announces that the existing Closed Period will subsist until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2022 Audited Financial Statements is released to the public.
Within this period, all those who are considered as “insiders” of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Exchange are under restriction not to trade or deal in the shares of the Company.
