Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has announced a final dividend of N2.15 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the period ended 31 March 2022.
The proposed dividend is subject to subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval at the company’s next Annual General Meeting which will be held at Grand Ball Room, Eko Hotel & Suites, Adetokunbo Adeola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos on 7th September, 2022 at 2pm.
The qualification date for the dividend is Friday, August 12, 2022.

If approved, the dividend will on Thursday 8th September, 2022, be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday 12th August, 2022 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
