Custodian Investments Plc (NGX: CUSTODIAN) has announced a final dividend of 55kobo for every share of 50k each for the period ended December 31, 2022.
This brings the total dividend for the financial year to 65kobo, as the company paid an interim dividend of 10kobo for the first half of the year ended June 30, 2021.
The final dividend is subject to shareholders approval and subject to appropriate withholding tax.
The company also paid a 10 kobo interim dividend paid for H1 2021 and a final dividend of 40 kobo for the year ended December 31, 2021.

The qualification date for the dividend is March 31, 2023. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on March 31, 2023 will be paid the interim dividend.
On April 13, 2023 the dividend will be pad electronically to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form which is available of the Registrars website. The Registrar is Meristem Registrars.
The equity price of Custodian Investments Plc closed at N6.10 per share on Tuesday.
