Zenith Bank Plc (NGX: ZENITHBANK) has declared a final dividend of ₦3.50 dividend for 2023 financial year ended 31 December, 2023.

The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Zenith Bank declared and paid an interim dividend of ₦0.50 for the half year period ended 30 June, 2023, thus bringing the total dividend paid for the year to ₦4.00.
For the 2022 financial year, Zenith paid an interim dividend of ₦0.30 and a final dividend of ₦2.90 for a total dividend payout of ₦3.20.
The share price of Zenith Bank Plc dropped by 95 kobo on Monday to close trading at ₦41.55, thus putting its dividend yield at 9.62%.
Qualification date for the dividend is set as April 25, 2024. On May 8, 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at April 25, 2024 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.veritasregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island, Lagos on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 9.00am.
Zenith Bank Plc posted a profit of ₦676.90 billion for the year (2022: ₦223.91 billion) and an Earning per Share of ₦21.55 (2022: ₦7.14).

Zenith Bank Plc was incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act as a private limited liability company on May 30, 1990. It was granted a banking licence in June 1990, to carry on the business of commercial banking and commenced business on June 16, 1990.
