NPF Microfinance Bank Plc (NGX: NPFMCRFBK) will be paying a final dividend for the 2023 financial year ended 31 December, 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 19th August 2024 approved the payment of a final dividend subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the bank also notified relevant stakeholders that the Board of Directors approved the Audited financial statements of the Bank for the aforementioned year.
The Audited Accounts will be forwarded to the CBN for approval in line with regulatory requirement after which the Bank will release the Accounts to the public.
Trading of the shares of NPFMCRFBK on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange was suspended due to failure to file the Audited Financial Statements.
The Bank had in June notified the investing public of delay in filing its Audited Financial Statements for 2023.
NPF Microfinance Bank Plc declared and paid a dividend of 10 kobo for the 2022 financial year in August 2023.
