NASCON Allied Industries Plc. has officially announced with an official statement released on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), that its third quarter (Q3) for the 2025 financial year will end on September 30, 2025.
Following this, the Board of Directors is scheduled to convene on October 28, 2025, to review the Unaudited Financial Statements for Q3 2025 and address other pertinent matters.
In line with regulatory requirements and best corporate governance practices, NASCON will observe a Closed Period from October 1, 2025, until 24 hours after the Q3 financial statements are published via the NGX Issuers’ Portal.
During this period, insiders and their connected persons are barred from trading the company’s securities.
