Additional shares of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc (NSE – DANGSUGAR) were listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Wednesday 30 September 2020.
The 146,878,241 additional ordinary shares of DANGSUGAR were listed on the daily official list of the Exchange.
The additional shares were as a result of the merger between Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc and Savannah Sugar Company Limited.
The new listing will increase the total issued and fully paid-up shares of the company from 12,000,000,000 to 12,146,878,241 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.

Dangote Sugar Refinery was incorporated on 4 January 2005 and listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on 8 March 2007. It is listed on the Main Board of the Exchange, under the Consumer Goods sector and Food Products sub-sector.
The current equity price of DANGSUGAR is N12.50. The 52 week high and low prices are N16.60 and N8.90 per share.
