The equity price of 11 Plc (NSE – MOBIL) was adjusted today, Wednesday 30 September 2020 for the final dividend of N8.25 as proposed by the Board of Directors of the company for the period ended 31 December 2019.
Following the adjustment, the ex-dividend price of MOBIL is N186.85 as the closing price on Tuesday was N195.10 per share.
The dividend which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled on 14 October 2020 by 11:00 am, and appropriate withholding tax, will be paid to shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Wednesday 29 September 2020.

The dividend will be paid electronically on 15 October 2020 to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar (Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited) to pay their dividends into their bank accounts.
In the first half of 2020, the company reported a decline in revenue to N80.539 billion from N92.805 billion posted in the same period in 2019. Similarly, profit after tax dipped to N2.518 billion from N4.173 billion reported in the first half of 2019.
Prior to the price adjustment, the equity price of 11 Plc had remained unchanged at N195.10 since 24 September 2020.
