Nigeria Center for Disease Control reports 195 new cases across 14 states and FCT. Details of the new cases are as follows; 80-Lagos, 38-Kano, 15-Ogun, 15-Bauchi,11-Borno, 10-Gombe, 9-Sokoto, 5-Edo, 5-Jigawa, 2-Zamfara ,1-River,s 1-Enugu, 1-Delta, 1-FCT, and 1-Nasarawa.
As at 11:50pm 28th April, 1532 confirmed cases of Coronavirus have been reported in Nigeria out of which 255 has been discharged with 44 deaths recorded.
Germany with a total Covid-19 confirmed cases of 159,431 and 6,215 deaths made it mandatory to wear face mask on public transport and within shops in some regions as the country prepares to ease lockdown.
In the UK, Prime Minister Boris Johnson who has recovered from Coronavirus said that the country is at the moment of maximum risk and that the lockdown regulations will remain in place.
In El Savador over 50 people were killed over the weekend as criminal gangs took advantage of the pandemic according the President Nayib Bukele.

Total global confirmed cases of Covid-19 is 3,110,219 with 216,808 deaths. U.S remains the worst affected country with 1,010,717 confirmed cases and 58,365 deaths. The confirmed cases in the U.S is more than the confirmed cases in Spain, Italy, France, United Kingdom and Germany put together.
However, the U.S has conducted more Coronavirus test than any other country. It has conducted over 5.8 million tests according to John Hopkins Coronavirus resource Center.
