Beta Glass Plc (NGX: BETAGLASS) has announced a final dividend of ₦2.95 per ordinary share of 50 kobO for fnancial year ended 31st December 2024.
The proposed dividend is subject to withholding tax and shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
Key Notes:
Qualification Date: close of business on Tuesday, 17th June 2025.
Closure of Register: The register will be closed on Wednesday, 18th June 2025.
Payment Date: The final dividend will be paid electronically on Thursday, 26th June 2025 to qualified shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration.
Shareholders are encouraged to complete the e-dividend registration form, available on the Greenwich Registrars website.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends or share certificates are also advised to complete the e-dividend form or contact the registrars.
