Beta Glass Plc (NGX: BETAGLASS) has announced a final dividend of N1.10 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the period ended December 31, 2021, subject to withholding tax and approval.
The company also announced a share bonus of 1 new share for every 5 shares held. It added that the remaining unissued residual fractional shares after the distribution of the bonus would be cancelled.
Investogist reported that the Board of Directors of Beta Glass Plc approved the recommendation for a declaration of a gross dividend of N1.10 kobo per ordinary share of 50 Kobo each and a bonus share, at a meeting held via videoconference on Thursday March 24, 2022 at Iddo House, Iddo Lagos at 10.00am.
The qualification date for the for the dividend and the bonus share is June 10, 2022.

The Annual General Meeting of the Beta Glass is schedule on Tuesday July 5, 2022 at 12:00 noon.
If approved the dividend will be paid electronically on 6th July to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at June 10, 2021, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration can download the Registrars E-dividend activation form from the registrar’s website or on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website, complete and submit to the registrar or their respective banks.
Beta Glass grew its revenue to N36.98 billion in 2021 from N25.64 billion recorded in 2020. The profit after tax increased to N5.46 billion from N3.47 billion in 2020, according to its audited results
