PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc (NGX: PZ) has announced a delay in the filing of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2022.
The company said that the audit process has been concluded, but due to resolution of pending audit matters, it was not not able to file its Audited Financial Statements within the stipulated timeline.
PZ Cussons Nigeria stated this in document published on the Nigerian Exchange, signed by Jacqueline Ezeokwelume Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
The audited statements were due to be filed on Monday, 29th August 2022. However the company was not able to meet with the deadline.

PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc said it requires four (4) weeks to finalize all actions required to issue its annual reports and accounts for the year ended 31 May 2022.
The company said the expected filing date will be on or before 29 September 2022.
