Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (NREIT) launches a Series 6 Offer of up to N30.4 billion, issuing 289,630,000 units at N105 each under its N400 billion issuance programme.
The offer, which opened on 9 July 2026, marks the sixth capital raising by the Fund since its inception in 2020 and the second since its listing on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
Terms of Offer
NREIT will issue up to 289,630,000 units priced at N105 each, raising as much as N30.4 billion under the existing N400 billion issuance programme.
Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited is the Fund Manager for the offer.
NREIT is Nigeria’s largest REIT and an SEC-authorised, Shariah-compliant trust investing in high-quality, income-generating commercial real estate across the office, industrial, corporate residential, and specialised asset sub-sectors.
The Fund currently has a capitalisation exceeding N180 billion, making it the most financially robust REIT in the country. Investors receive returns through quarterly cash distributions.
