Nestle Nigeria Plc (NGX – NESTLE) has published over 17,000 names of shareholders with unclaimed dividends in the company and called on shareholders to check for their names in the List of Unclaimed Dividends published on the company’s website.
The 68-page document published by Nestle Nigeria Plc contains 17,206 names of shareholders with outstanding dividends in the company as at 2020.
Shareholders whose names appear on the list are advised to contact the company registrar to complete e-dividend registration and facilitate the payment of outstanding dividends.
The company’s registrar is Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Ltd. The e-dividend mandate form can be downloaded from the registrar’s website or on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website.

The Board of Directors of Nestle Nigeria Plc recommended a N35.5 dividend for the 2020 financial year. The qualification date was 21 May 2021.
If the recommended dividend is approved by the shareholders at the AGM scheduled on 22 June 2021, then it will be paid on 23 June 2021 to the shareholders whose names appear are on the Register of Members as at 21 May 2021.
The equity price of Nestle Nigeria Plc has been flat at N1,400 per share since 28 May 2021. YTD the share price is down by 6.98%.
