Eterna Plc (NGX: ETERNA) has declared a final dividend of 15 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share for the 2022 financial year ended 31st December, 2022.
At the end of trading on Friday,, the share price of Eterna Plc stood at N6.80, thus the dividend yield without consideration of the deductible withholding tax is 2.20%.

The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
Eterna Plc was able to turnaround its finances by increasing its revenue from N82.19bn in 2021, to N116.47bn in 2022, to post a profit after tax of N1.01bn, a tremendous jump from the N1.10bn loss it reported in 2021.
The qualification date for the has been set as Friday April 21, 2023, with payment date on Friday May 12, 2023.
On Friday May 12, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at April 21, 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends into their Bank accounts.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Shell Hall, Muson Center, Onikan, Laos on Thursday May 11, 2023, at 11.00am.
