In another twist in the ongoing IPOB-IPOB Auto Pilot saga, one of the councils representing the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor has commenced legal action against Simon Ekpa and 4 others before the FCT High Court.

Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor who describes himself as a Lawyer and Human Rights activists took to his Twitter hand to announce the commencement of the legal proceedings against Ekpa and his co-defendants.
In his twit, Barr. Ejiofor wrote;
Today, we formally commenced a egal action before the FCT High Court against Simon Ekpa, which action is founded on a plethora of grave infractions arising fro his violent, disturbing and false declarations.
I may not release further details here so that it will not prejudice the robust legal actions already lined up for him and his cohorts. It shall be coming in piecemeal. This is the first batch.
I also want to assure Simon Ekpa and his cohorts affected by this compelling legal action, that no matter the country you people believe to be presently hiding under its sovereign protection, the full arms of the law shall certainly catch up with you all, in the legal onslaught already commenced. T
his is just one in the long line of compelling civil and criminal litigations coming your way. The hour has come, and I wish to reiterate that you Simon Ekpa cannot escape from the long arms of the law.
Barr. Ejiofor attached to his twit a writ of summons in the high court of the Federal Capital Territory in the Abuja Judicial Division Holden at Abuja, which named him, Sir. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, ESQ as Claimant and the following as defendants.
- Simon Ekpa of Umuezeaka Nbo, Ohaukwu L.G.A Ebonyi State
- Anibueze Juliet of Ebonyi State,
- Obinna Victor Uzoaganaobi of Imo State,
- Chukuwemeka Livingstone of Abia State, and
- Raphael Chiamaka Ajaere of Imo State.
The court document commanded that defendants to cause an appearance to be entered for them in an action at the suit of Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor within 30 days after the service of this writ on them.

Simon Ekpa who describes himself on his Twitter page as a human rights activist, CEO, senior legal advisor at Ekpa & Co OY, legal researcher, author, analyst, Finnish politician, and Biafran Spokesperson is yet to respond to the suit against his at the time of this report.
