Access Holdings Plc, (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has announced in interim dividend of 20kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share for the period ended June 30, 2022.
The proposed dividend with a qualification date of September 28, 2022 is subject to withholding tax,
On Wednesday October12, 2022, the dividend which amounts to N7.12 billion will be paid electronically to qualified shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.
The group (then Access Bank Plc) paid an interim dividend of 30 kobo per share which was valued at N10.66 billion for the first half of 2021 ended 30 June 2021.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, complete and submit it to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
The bank’s registrar is Coronation Registrars Ltd. The e-dividend mandate form can be downloaded or filled online on the registrar’s website or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website.
Access Holdings Plc has 35,545,225,622 outstanding shares. The equity price closed at N8.75 per share on Thursday on the Nigerian Exchange. YTD it is down 3.24%.
Access Holdings Plc’s gross earnings rose to N591.80 billion in June 2022 from N450.30 billion in June 2021, while the profit for the period increased to N88.73 billion in June 2022, from N86.82 billion in June 2021.
