Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has disclosed the qualification date for the proposed final dividend of N0.70 per 50kobo ordinary share as proposed by the directors of the company, for the year ended 30 September 2020.
The proposed dividend is subject to the approval at the company’s Annual general meeting on 4 March 2021 according to a corporate action signed by Olalekan Sanni, the company Secretary/Legal Adviser. and will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members at the close of business on Friday, 12 February 2021.

Proposed dividend: 70 kobo per share.
Qualification date: Friday, 12 February 2021
Payment date: Friday, 5 March 2021.
Mode of payment: Dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday 12 February 202,1 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrars to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Registrar: Meristerm.
Closure of register: Monday 15 February 2021 to Friday 19 February 2021.
At the close of trading on Monday, Vitafoam Nigeria Plc equity price rose by 9.62% to N8.55 per share. It was one of the best-performing stocks on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 2020.
