Zenith Bank Plc (NGX: ZENITHBANK) has given an indication of when it will release its full year Audited Financial Statement for the year ended December 31, 2022.

The bank made the announcement via a notification signed by the Company Secretary, and posted on the Nigerian Exchange.
Zenith Bank stated that “in view of the need to finalize all outstanding outstanding issues relating to the component audit of the subsidiary companies, the full year Audited Financial Statement of the bank will be submitted to the Exchange on or before March 31, 20223, after receipt of the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).”
The Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc had at its meeting of Thursday, January 26, 2023, approved the payment of a final dividend for the 2022 financial year ended 31st December, 2022.
