Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc on Monday notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), that the company will issue its Half Year 2020 Financial Results on Wednesday 29 July 2020.
The Executive Management team of Seplat will host a conference call and webcast at 09:00am (London/Lagos) on Wednesday 29 July 2020 to present the Company’s results. This was contained in a notice to NSE signed by the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Roger Brown dated 20 July 2020.
According to the notification, the presentation can be accessed remotely via a live webcast link and pre-registering details are below. After the meeting, the webcast recording will be made available and access details of this recording are also set out below. A copy of the presentation will be made available on the day of results on the Company’s website
Seplat requests those who wish to participate in the call to dial in 10 minutes ahead of time and to follow the instructions which will be emailed to them following registration.

Seplat is into the business of petroleum exploration and production. In the first quarter of 2020 for the period ended 31 March 2020, the company’s revenue dropped by 18% to N42.40 billion from N48.90 billion recorded in 2019. Seplat reported a loss of N34.63 billion for the first quarter of 2020 whereas in Q1 2019, it posted a profit after tax of N10.02 billion.
