The Board of Directors of Africa Prudential Plc (NGX: AFRIPRUD) have approved the proposal for declaration of dividend for the 2022 financial year.
The approval was amongst the resolutions of the Board at a virtual board meeting of the company held on Tuesday February 21, 2023.

A statement signed by Joseph Jibunoh, the Company Secretary that was released on the Nigerian Exchange, stated that the Directors of the company passed the following resolutions:
- That the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 (2022 AFS), be and was thereby approved.
- That the Proposal for Declaration of Dividend for the 2022 Financial Year be and was thereby approved.
The statement seen by Investogist went further to state that the 2022 AFS will be released to the public on or before 1 March 2023 in line with the Company’s option to file the AFS within 60 days of its financial year end.
