Mr. Kazeem Abiodun Raimi, a Non- Executive Director of Seplat Energy Plc (NGX: SEPLAT) has sold 16,139 ordinary shares of the company.
The sale was disclosed in a notification of dealing in shares by a PDMR published by Seplat on the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

This notification was made in accordance with Rule 12 of the Amendments to the Listing Rules of the Nigerian Exchange and Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
Mr Kazeem sold 16,139 ordinary shares at N1,570.00 for a total sum of N25,338,230.00. The transaction was made on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange Limited on August 9, 2022.
Following this sale, Mr. Kazeem Abiodun Raimi holds nil ordinary shares in Seplat Energy Plc.
