Transcorp Power Plc (NGX: TRANSPOWER) has issued an amended corporate actions announcement updating the key dates for its 2025 final dividend payment and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The amended bulletin dated 2 April 2026 and posted on NGX, supersedes the original announcement released on 5 February 2026.
The dividend amount remains unchanged. Shareholders will still receive a final dividend of N4.00 per ordinary share subject to withholding tax.
Together with the interim dividend of N1.50 per share paid on 18 August 2025, the total dividend for the 2025 financial year is N5.50 per ordinary share.

Qualification Date: Monday, 13 April 2026 (moved forward from 17 April)
Closure of Register: Tuesday, 14 April to Friday, 17 April 2026 (moved forward from 20–24 April)
Dividend Payment Date: Tuesday, 28 April 2026 (moved forward from 5 May)
Annual General Meeting: Monday, 27 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (moved forward from 4 May)
– The Annual General Meeting will now be held on Monday, 27 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m instead of the previously scheduled Monday, 4 May 2026, at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, 1 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja.
Shareholders are advised to rely on the amended announcement as the current timetable.
All other details (including the dividend amount and e-dividend instructions remain the same as previously communicated.
