Global Spectrum Energy Services Plc (NGX: GSPECPLC) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of its intention to voluntarily delist from the exchange.
In document published on the Nigerian Exchange titled “Notification on Voluntary Delisting,” the company said the voluntary delisting was recommended to shareholders at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on Monday, 28th February 2022.
The document read in part, “We hereby notify the Exchange that the Company intends to file an application to voluntarily delist the Company from the Exchange, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
“The AGM is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 20th July 2022. The shareholders shall consider the Board’s recommendation to voluntarily de-list the Company.”
