Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the ex-depot (gantry) price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) by ₦50 per litre, from ₦1,175 to ₦1,125.
The new price took effect from 12:00 a.m. today, with the coastal supply price also lowered from ₦1,495,215 to ₦1,428,165 per metric tonne. Outstanding gantry volumes will be repriced accordingly.
The reduction follows easing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and falling global crude prices.
As of 7:45 a.m. WAT, Brent crude stood at $72.51 per barrel (down 1.67%), while WTI traded at $69.41 (down 1.32%).
The move is expected to exert further downward pressure on retail pump prices across Nigeria. Dangote Refinery said it remains committed to reliable product supply and efficient service delivery.
Further adjustments may follow depending on international oil market trends.
