Custodian Investments Plc (NGX: CUSTODIAN) has declared a final dividend of 40kobo for every share of 50k each. The 40kobo when added to the 10kobo interim dividend paid for H1 2021 period will bring the total dividend to 50 kobo. The final dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of Shareholders.
At the end of trading on Tuesday, the share price of CUSTODIAN stood at N7.20. With a total dividend of 50kobo, the Dividend Yield of the company stands at 6.94%.
With a consideration of the 10% withholding tax, the Shareholder will earn a Net total dividend of 45kobo, thus putting the actual Dividend Yield at 6.25%.

The qualification date for the dividend is March 25, 2022. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on March 25, 2022 will be paid the final dividend.
On April 8, 2022, dividend will be pad electronically to Shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form which is available of the Registrars website. The Registrar is Meristem Registrars.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will hold at The Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island Lagos on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 10.00am.
