The Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has been scheduled to meet on Thursday, July 27, 2023 to consider the Financial Statements for the half year ending June 30, 2023 and the payment of Interim Dividend.

The banking corporation made the Board meeting announcement in a statement signed by Sunday Ekwochi, the company secretary and released on The Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The company stated that the Audited Interim Financial Statements approved by the Board will be submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria for approval and released on the floor of The Exchange afterwards.
In line with The Exchange’s Rules, Access holdings declared it will commence a Closed Period from Saturday, July 1, 2023 until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Interim Financial Statements for the half year ending June 30, 2023 is released to the public.
Accordingly, no director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibility, adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
