Airtel Africa Plc has disclosed the date for the announcement of its financial results for the three months ended 30 June 2021.
The leading provider of telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries across Africa, said it will announce the results on Thursday 29 July 2021.
The disclosure was made in a publication on the Nigerian Exchange on Thursday. According to the company, the management will host a conference call for analysts and investors on Thursday 29 July 2021 at 11:00 GMT (12:00pm Lagos time).
Those who wish to receive an invitation with the dial in numbers to participate in the conference call are advised to register before the event.

The equity price of Airtel Africa Plc closed at N601.00 per share on Wednesday. YTD the share price is down by 29.44%. It has 3.76 billion outstanding shares and a market capitalization of N2.26 trillion.
It is the fourth most capitalized company on the Nigerian Exchange, behind Dangote Cement Plc, MTN Nigeria Plc and Bua Cement Plc.
The 52week high and low prices are N930.00 and N340.00 per share respectively.
