The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won more seats than any other party in Abia state House of Assembly according to the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
PDP won 11 out the 24 seats in the March 18 election. It was followed by the Labour Party (LP) with 10 seats. YPP and the All Progressives Congress won 2 and 1 seats respectively.
