FBN Holdings Plc (NSE Ticker: FBNH). NPF Microfinance Bank Plc (NSE Ticker: NPFMCRFBK) and NASCON Allied Industries Plc (NSE Ticker: NASCON) in publications release by each of the companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange informed the Exchange and the investing public of their upcoming Board Meetings.
NASCON Allied Industries Plc in its publication stated that the Board of Directors of NASCON Allied Industries Plc will meet on 26th October 2020 to review and approve the Quarter 3 2020 results of the Company.
Consequently, the Company declared a close period for Directors, Insiders and all persons handling Managerial responsibilities in NASCON from 11th October 2020 until 24 hours after the Quarter 3 2020 results have been released on The Exchange.
NASCON went further to say that the Exchange will be advised of the outcome of the Meeting immediately it
is concluded.

NPF Microfinance Bank Plc also gave notice that the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 27th October 2020 to consider among other things, the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3rd Quarter ended 30th September 2020.
Consequently, the Bank will enter into a closed period for trading in its shares from 12th October 2020 until 24 hours after the 3rd Quarter accounts is released to the public.
FBN Holdings Plc equally gave notice of its own Board Meeting. The Board of Directors of FBNH will be meeting to consider the Unaudited Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2020 on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
As a result, there will be a closed period from Monday, October 12, 2020 till twenty-four hours after the accounts are filled with the Exchange.
