Linkage Assurance Plc has announced that the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has approved the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors to enhance governance and strategic direction within the company.
Mr. Anthony Kanayo Katchy and Mr. Suaye Inikio Banigo will officially assume these roles on January 20, 2026.
The announcement has been shared on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and with the company’s shareholders.
Mr. Katchy holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Benin.
He is a registered stockbroker and serves as the CEO of Tokacy Investment Services Ltd., bringing over 30 years of experience in stockbroking and financial advisory.
Mr. Banigo earned a BA in Economics with a Minor in Japanese from Vassar College in New York and an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain.
With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation for high-growth organizations, he is currently a principal consultant at Karma Advisory in New York.
These appointments aim to leverage their expertise to strengthen the company’s board and management in Nigeria’s evolving insurance sector.
