Academy Press Plc (NGX: ACADEMY) has announced a final dividend of 15 kobo per 50 kobo for the financial year ended 31 March, 2025. A share bonus of one (1) share for every five (5) existing shares held by a shareholder was also declared.

According to a corporate actions announcement released by the printing company, the final dividend is subject to shareholders’ approval and appropriate withholding tax.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Registered office of the Company at 28/32, Industrial Avenue, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, Lagos on Thursday 23rd October, 2025 at 12 Noon.
At the end of trading on Wednesday. the share price of Academy Price Plc closed at ₦7.70, having gained by 10% on the day.
The qualification date for the dividend and share bonus is 16th October, 2025. On 30th October, 2025 dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Thursday, 16th October, 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.paceregistrars.com., complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Academy Press Plc reported a revenue of ₦4.58 billion for the year (2024: ₦4.50 billion), and a profit after tax of ₦716.48 million (2024: ₦73.61 million).
