Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (NGX: FLOURMILL) has announced a final dividend of N2.25 (2022: N2.15) for every 50 kobo ordinary share, for the financial year ended 31 March, 2023.

The dividend which is subject to the appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders will amount to a total of N9.23 billion (2022: N8.82 billion).
Flour Mills reported a profit for the year of N29.50bn (2022: N28.01 billion), from a revenue of N1.53 trillion (2022: N1.16 trillion).
The dividend yield at the time of the dividend announcement was 6.94%.
The Shareholders of the company will be presented with a resolution to approve the dividend at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 9th November, 2023, at Lantana Hall, Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island Lagos.

On Friday, November 10, 2023, the final dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Thursday, October 13, 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
