The Board of Directors of Transnational Corporation Pc (NGX: TRANSCORP) has given their approval for the proposal to declare a final dividend for the 2022 financial year.
The Board gave a nod to the dividend declaration at the company’s Board Meeting held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Company’s Board room vi zoom.

A publication signed by the Company Secretary and posted on the Nigerian Exchange stated that the Directors passed the following resolutions among others:
- The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 (2022 AFS), was approved.
- The Proposal for Declaration of Final Dividend for the 2022 Financial Year was approved.
The publication seen by Investogist also stated that the 2022 AFS will be filled with the NGX on or before the 1st of March 2023 in line with the Company’s option to file its 2022 AFS within 60 days from the end of its financial year end.
Accordingly, the Closed Period for trading the securities of the company which commenced on 1 January 2023 will remain in force until twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the Financial Statements.
