The Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc (NGX: ZENITHBANK) has approved the payment of a final dividend for the 2022 financial year ended 31st December, 2022.

The dividend payment is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The approval was given by the Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc at its meeting of Thursday, January 26, 2023. The Board also considered and approved the Group Audited Consolidated & Separate Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022.
The bank notified the public that the full year Audited Financial Statement of the bank will be submitted to the Exchange on or before March 1, 2023, subject to receipt of the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
