ExxonMobil is calling on qualified Nigerian Graduates to apply for the internship programmes in the company. The programmes create opportunity for the selected persons to gain invaluable industry experience in a world-leading engineering company.
Successful applicants will be given opportunities to prove themselves and gain valuable work experience, skills, and knowledge through challenging assignments according to the company’s publication.
The Interns will also receive on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching by their supervisors.

According to Exxon Mobil, interns are required in five sections as follows:
- Graduate Internship (Medical Science)
Eligibility
- Applicants to this ExxonMobil Internship programme must be Nigerians with Degrees in any of the following disciplines: Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Industrial Hygiene, or other related Medical science disciplines
- Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class, Upper division (2:1)
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) or a Master’s degree not earlier than 2019
- Nursing candidates must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification, and valid Practicing Nursing licence.
- Pharmacy candidates must be registered with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria
- Medical Laboratory Science candidates must have a valid provisional or practicing licence
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with good leadership, teamwork, analytical and communication skills.

2. Graduate Internship (Engineering/Geoscience)
Eligibility
- Applicants to this ExxonMobil Internship programme must be Nigerians with Degrees in any of the following disciplines: Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Computer, Metallurgical & Material Engineering, Geoscience or other related engineering disciplines
- Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper division (2:1)
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) or a Master’s degree not earlier than 2019
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with good leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.

3. Graduate Internship (Law)
Eligibility
- Applicants to this ExxonMobil Internship programme must be Nigerians with Degrees in Law and called to the Nigerian Bar
- Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both Undergraduate and the Nigerian Law School levels
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) / Nigerian Law school (whichever is latest in time) or a Master’s degree no earlier than 2019
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with good leadership, teamwork, analytical, communication, legal drafting and research skills.

4. Graduate Internship (Business)
Eligibility
- Applicants to this programme must be Nigerians with Degrees in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Insurance or other related Business disciplines
- Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class, Upper division (2:1)
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) or a Master’s degree not earlier than 2019
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with good leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.

5. Graduate Internship (Social Science / Humanities)
Eligibility
- Applicants to this ExxonMobil Internship programme must be Nigerians with Degrees in any of the following disciplines: Political science, Diplomacy, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Media/Mass Communication or other Social science/Humanities related disciplines
- Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class, Upper division (2:1)
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) or a Master’s degree no earlier than 2019
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with good leadership, teamwork, analytical and communication skills.
