Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc (NGX: STANBIC) has declared an interim dividend of ₦2.00 for the half-year period ended 30 June, 2024.

The bank announced the dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors in a regulatory filing on the Nigerian Exchange Limited on Tuesday.
Stanbic IBTC will spend ₦25.91 billion paying the dividend per ordinary share of 50 kobo each. It will be subject to appropriate withholding tax and regulatory approval.
Qualification date for the dividend has been set as Wednesday 18 September, 2024.
On Monday 30 September 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of Trading on Wednesday 18 September 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars website:

Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc declared and paid an interim dividend of ₦1.50 for the same period in 2023.
The Banking Group’s gross earnings increased by 77.44% to ₦378.54 billion (H1 2023: ₦213.33 billion), profit before tax increased by 77.14% to ₦147.00 billion (H1 2023: ₦67.91 billion ) and profit after tax increased by 71.32% to ₦116.35 billion (H1 2023: ₦67.91 billion) for the period ended 30 June 2024.
