Real Madrid reached the Copa del Rey final for the first time since 2014 following a 4-0 victory over Barcelona at Camp Nou and a 4-1 triumph on aggregate.
Vinicius Junior first hit the net in the first half added time while the reigning Ballon d’Or winner, Karim Benzema’s hat-trick at the 50th, 58th and 80th minute sealed the win.
Barcelona came into the second leg on Wednesday with a 1 : 0 lead, thanks to Eder Militao’s own goal at the Bernabeu, but Vinicius’ goal in first-half added time got Madrid back into the tie.
Madrid will meet Osasuna in the final match on May 6.
Barcelona have won the competition 31 times, while Real Madrid have 19 Copa del Rey trophies.
