Nigeria’s C & I Leasing Plc (NGX: CILEASING) is set to invest in Leasafric Logistics Limited Ghana by purchasing a direct ownership of 71.15% (representing 711,500 units of ordinary shares) of the shares of the logistics company.

At the 34th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on 8th September 2025, Shareholders of CILEASING will be asked to approve a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to make the investment.
The investment shall be funded from C & I Leasing Plc’s portion of the dividend declared by Leasafric Ghana Plc for the financial year ended 2023. As at 31 Dec, 2023, C&I Leasing Plc held 70.89% shares pf Leasafric Ghana Plc, an investment that amounted to ₦754 million
