Nigerian Exchange: Board Meetings scheduled in January 2023

Several of the companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange has announced to the Exchange and the Investing public that their respective Board of Directors will be meeting in January 2023.

Below are the list of scheduled Board meetings by these companies;

Unilever Nigeria Plc (NGX: UNILEVER): The Board meetings will hold on January 19, 2023 to consider and approve the unaudited results for the Quarter ended 31 December, 2022 and also review Unilever Nigeria’s business lines against current business operating environment.
Cadbury Nigeria Plc (NGX: CADBURY): The Board will meet on 23rd January, 2023, to approve the publication of the company’s unaudited financial statements for Quarter ended 31 December, 2023.
Berger Paints Nigeria Plc (NGX: BERGER): The Board of Directors of Berger Paints Nigeria Plc. will be meeting on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and Thursday, March 28, 2023, to amongst other matters, consider the Company’s Quarter 4, 2022 Unaudited Financial Statements, and the 2022 Full-Year Audited Financial Statements, respectively.
Zenith Bank Plc (NGX: ZENITHBANK): The Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday, January 26, 2023 to consider the Group’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
Red Star Express Plc (NGX: REDSTAREX): The company’s Board is scheduled to meet on 26 January, 2023 to approve the third quarter unaudited accounts.
Courtville Business Solutions Plc (NGX: COURTVILLE): The Board of Directors of Courteville Business Solutions Plc is scheduled to meet on Thursday January 26, 2023 to
consider among other things the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2022 (2022 Q4 UFS).
Prestige Assurance Plc (NGX: PRESTIGE): The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 27 January 2023 to consider the Q4 Unaudited Financial Statements (2022 Q4 UFS) for the period ended 31 December 2022.
May and Baker Plc (NGX: MAYBAKER): There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors on 27th January, 2023.
Julius Berger Nigeria Plc (NGX: JBERGER): The Board of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc will meet on Friday January 27, 2023 to consider the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for Q4 2022
Geregu Power Plc (NGX: GEREGU): The Board of Directors of Geregu Power Plc will be having its meeting on Friday, 27th January, 2023 to consider and approve the Q4 2022 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st December 2022 (Q4 2022 UFS) and the 2022 Audited Financial Statements respectively.
Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NGX: NAHCO): The meeting of the Board of the company will be held on 30th January, 2023 to consider and approve the fourth quarter unaudited financial statements.
MTN Nigeria Communications Plc (NGX: MTNN): The Board meeting will hold on 30th January, 2022, to consider the audited financial statements for the twelve months ending 31 December 31, 2022.
Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP): A meeting of the Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc has been scheduled for Monday, January 30, 2023 to consider and approve the Group’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, amongst other things.
