Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group) has declared an interim dividend of ₦1.00 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, following the approval of its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The decision was made at a Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, November 7, 2025. Payment will be transferred electronically to qualified shareholders on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
NGX group has been consistent in dividend payments, underscoring the Board’s confidence in the Group’s resilience, profitability, and value-creation strategy.
