Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc (NSE – SEPLAT) has disclosed the release date of its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.
According to the filing with Nigerian Stock Exchange on Tuesday, Seplat will “issue its Full Year 2020 Audited Financial Results on Monday 01 March 2021.”

The Executive Management team of Seplat will host a conference call and webcast to present the Company’s results at at 09:00am GMT (London) and 10:00am (GMT+1) (Lagos) on Monday 01 March 2021.
The company is listed on both the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
