Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (NGX: GTCO) has declared an interim dividend of ₦1.00 for every share of 50 kobo held for the half year financial period ended 30 June, 2024.

The interim dividend which was announcement in a regulatory filing by the company will be subject to the appropriate withholding tax.
It will be paid to Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at September 25, 2024, for ordinary shareholders and on September 16, 2024, for holders of GTCO’s Global Depository Receipts (GDR).
On October 7, 2024, dividend will be paid electronically to Ordinary Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at September 25, 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Holders of GTCO’s GDR listed on the London Stock Exchange will receive their dividend payment subsequently.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Form, which is available on the Registrar’s website: www.datamaxregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
GTCO posted a profit after tax of ₦905.56 billion for the half year period, about 300% more than the ₦280.48 billion it posted for the same period in 2023.
