Ethiopian Airlines plane flying directly from Addis Ababa to the Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu, with a stop over at Cotonou has landed in Enugu. The aircraft landed by 1.55PM Nigerian time.
Authorities had suspended all flights and shut down the Akanu Ibiam International Airport on 24 August 2019, precisely six years after Ethiopian Airlines commenced direct flights to and from the airport in Enugu.
At last the long wait is over, and one can now fly direct to Enugu on Ethiopian Airlines.
