Dangote Cement Plc (NGX: DANGCEM) has declared a final dividend of N20.00 per share for the 2022 Financial Year ended 31st December, 2022.
For the 2021 Financial Year, the company also paid a final dividend of N20.00 per share to its shareholders.

The dividend which is subject to the appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on March 30, 2023.
By April 14, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders who qualified for the dividend and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.
With the share price at N272.00 at the close of trading on Monday, the N20.00 dividend translates to a dividend yield of 7.35%, without the consideration of withholding tax.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar (Coronation Registrars).
Shareholders of Dangote Cement Plc will meet on April 13, 2023 by 11.00am at Eko Hotel & Sutes, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos to approve the dividend proposal amongst other things.
Dangote Cement reported a net profit of N382bn for the 2022 financial year, a 5% year-on-year growth from the N364bn reported in 2021.
Its posted an Earnings Per Share of N22.27.
